David Valek - personal chef for your family
The inspiration of becoming a chef comes from my great grandparents. Both great grandma and great grandpa were excellent cooks and proud owners of a traditional restaurant in Czech Republic.
I have received my undergraduate diploma from Culinary School in Prague. I have also trained as a profesional butler and bartender. As a young chef I worked in some good restaurants and hotels around Czech Republic and got the essential experience. During that time I met and cooked for many famous people, celebrites and politicians. Having always been hungry to explore and find out more about foreign cusine, recipes and wines, I decided to come to London. Since my arrival I worked in many distinctive restaurants learning about different styles of cooking and ingredients. I also undertook a few culinary courses and got my certificates in Food Safety and Food Theory. Currently I have been launching my own business as a personal chef and a caterer.
